Your responsibilities:
Via Phone and email you are the first point of contact for our English speaking B2B customers across Europe.
You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system
Any concerns that may arise with our customers during the ordering and delivery process will be assisted by you.
You will focus on our already registered dealers, but you will also support our sales team in the acquisition of new prospective customers
Anforderungen:
You bring along:
You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles and co. as well as the associated products and accessories
You are open-minded, communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation
For the daily contact with our customers a native command of English is required (any other language spoken is considered as an asset). Additional languages are seen as an advantage.
A routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system rounds your profile off.
